By accessing or using our website, WhatsApp channel, or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Nature of Services
We offer astrology consultations, pooja-paath, jaap-anushthan, energy healing and related spiritual guidance services performed by our team of pandits and astrologers. These services are provided for guidance, spiritual and wellness purposes based on traditional practices and belief systems. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these depend on individual faith, circumstances and factors beyond our control.
2. Bookings & Payments
Prices for pooja packages and services are displayed on the relevant page at the time of booking. Payments for packages are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. For consultations booked via our enquiry form or WhatsApp, pricing and scope will be shared with you directly by our team before any payment is taken.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Because pooja and jaap-anushthan services involve dedicated preparation, vedic pandits and materials booked in advance, once a service has commenced it is generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or reschedule before the service has started, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp — refunds or rescheduling in such cases are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, contact number, date of birth, problem details, etc.) when filling our forms or speaking with our team, as inaccurate information may affect the guidance or service provided to you.
5. Communication Consent
By submitting an enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to being contacted by our team via phone call, SMS, email and WhatsApp regarding your enquiry and our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Shree Vrudhhi Astro (P) Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Vrudhhi Astro (P) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, or from decisions made based on the guidance provided.
